How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via Australia Post
Once your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched, shipping times are:
2–8 business days
1–4 business days
📍 Please note: Delivery times can vary depending on your location — rural and remote areas may take a little longer. We always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped with Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number via email 📬
You can track your parcel anytime using the Australia Post tracking tool here:

Returns
How do I return an item?
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
To start a return, just send us an email at pretty_in_prints_@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief reason for the return
A photo (if there is a fault or damage)

Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty)
Because our items are handmade and often custom, some pieces may not be eligible for return — we’ll always do our best to work something out!
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item and it’s been inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days 💌
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few extra days to show up on your end.
If you're waiting on a store credit or exchange, we’ll send you an email as soon as it's been processed!
Can I exchange for a different item?
Absolutely! If you’d like to swap your item for something else, just send us an email at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: As our products are handmade (and often custom), exchanges depend on product availability — but we’ll always do our best to make it happen!

How long does it take to make and process my order?
Because all of our items are lovingly handmade, we ask for a little extra time to work our magic ✨
It takes 5–10 business days to create, pack, and get your order out the door. Once it's shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email 📦

I've changed my mind, can I make adjustments to my order?
Yes — we totally get it! If you’d like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at pretty_in_prints_@outlook.com ✉️
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make changes — but reach out anyway and we’ll see what we can do!
